Attention:
The cutting resistance and linear velocity increase gradually due to the outer diameter expansion of each step of the step drill.
The step drill relies entirely on the inclined edge, which is only 1mm in length. Excessive feed speed during drilling may cause annealing due to edge abrasion.
Apply downward force when drilling; avoid pressing down too hard to prevent edge wear.
Suitable Materials:
Workpieces with general hardness such as wood, plastic, PVC plate, iron plate, with a thickness within 3MM. Please note that stainless steel and spring steel are not applicable. Not suitable for quenching.
